Most of us know that we preform at our best when we are rested, yet how many unpaid carers actually take their own advice and rest? There are all sorts of reasons why we don't take a break many of which relate to those we care for and how it impacts on them. Sometimes though we have to take care of ourselves in order to look after those we care for.
