It's Young Carers Action Day and we have a busy day ahead of us to celebrate the work our Young Carers do, to highlight how many there are in your local community and offer you ways to support them!

Our Young Carers' stories being shared throughout the day.
This evening we see the launch of the Young Carers ID Card across North Wales! Our Young Carers were part of the design of the card and will be talking at the launch. There are still spaces available for Young Carers and supporters. Drop a message to Shelley WCD if you'd like to be involved!
